Jeremy Fretts is Principal of Humane Design, an urban design & advocacy practice based in Fishers, Indiana.  Prior to starting Humane Design, he was an associate partner at Architectural Alliance, Inc.  During his eight years at AAI, Jeremy designed affordable buildings for business and non-profit clients. Mr. Fretts was responsible for designing numerous YMCA's and churches in Indiana, and is expert at working with owners and contractors to develop innovative solutions to budget constraints. These projects often included the opportunity to guide volunteer boards-of-directors through the design and construction process.

Recently, Jeremy has been involved in leadership at Jericho Road Ministries, and East 91st Street Christian Church.  Activities there included worship planning, worship leading, and facilities expansion planning. Previously, he served in local, regional, and national leadership capacities in the United Methodist Church, including the Indiana Area Committee on the Episcopacy and the national steering committee of the United Methodist Student Movement. Mr. Fretts worked as part time staff at Gethsemane U.M. Church and the Wesley Foundation, both in Muncie, Indiana.
